X-bobo is going over the top with this one : Fontaine de Jouvence is a massive, huge, gynormous 12 mixes / 13 hours long project.

- X-bobo – 02 L’incantation
- X-bobo – 03 La purification
- X-bobo – 04 Le rajeunissement
- X-bobo – 05 La perpétuation
- X-bobo – 06 L’éternité

In my opinion, Miami’s Gosub is one of the most interesting (and probably slightly underrated) electro producer today.
This is a great live, most of the tracks are unreleased and there’s no crowd noise:
- Gosub – Live@Something Simple
Note: There’s absolutely no good reason for this, but the mp3 is inside a zip file.

Another year, another mighty CBS TOP 100 !
It’s available here:
- CBS TOP 100 2007 (via cbs.nu)
Since the TOP 100 is available as 10 big mp3 files this year (which means no track titles and no position information), I’ve put together .cue files for it:
- CBS TOP 100 2007 .cue files
You can either:
- use the cue files as playlists. In order to do that just put them in the same directory as the TOP 100 mp3s, and open the cue files instead of the mp3. You’ll be able to check track titles, browse, skip, etc. as if each track was a separated file.
As far as I know you either need Winamp + CUE Player plugin or Foobar2000 (no plugin needed) to play cue files. They’re not supported by Itunes or VLC.
- use the cue files to split the large mp3s into separated tracks. Again, just put the cue in the same directory as the TOP 100 mp3s and just run the included “split.bat” batch.
Just wanted to point out two hard rocking Rob ‘n’ Zoopsie mixes I completely overlooked:
- Rob ‘n’ Zoopsie – Dancing like a gun in a ray of sound v1.0 (2006)
- Rob ‘n’ Zoopsie – Dancing like a gun in a ray of sound v2.0 (2007)
Part 1 looks like a regular mp3 file, but it actually transforms into a giant disco spaceship from the future when played.
I must confess I am a Rob ‘n’ Zoopsie fan. Their mixes have some kind of raw energetic vibe that really works for me.
Update: These are no longer available, but there are lots of other Rob ‘n’ Zoopsie’s mixes at robotdj.net. Check them out.

There’s no stopping the Kône crew: A huge mix archives is now available on their site, that’s hours and hours of electronix. The range of genres in there is pretty broad, broader than the stuff I mainly focus on this site (that would be italo, minimal wave and electro).
As far as the archives goes, my favorites probably are: X-bobo’s CBS destiny mix, italo turbo uno and due, and the X-bobo vs. Davecore retro future megamix.
Plus it’s not all old – as in a few months old – material, there are also some very recent mixes:
- X-bobo – X-bobo’s Tribute To Loud-E (Ultra heavy disco mix! – via konerec.net)
- Davecore – The KiloMix Vol 2 (megamix version) (via konerec.net)

And yet another Italian label mix ! After Minimal Rome, this one is dedicated to the legendary (and long gone) italo disco label Il Discotto Productions. Martin Verlaan even managed to squeeze each and every Il Discotto record in there. It doesn’t get any more definitive than that.

Minimal-Electronik Plus is Veronica’s show on East Village Radio. The show is entirely dedicated to 80′s minimal synth, synth wave etc. Very much like Rundfunkmuziek on CBS.
The stuff that gets played on Minimal-Electronik Plus is either from the 80′s or from after 2000. It’s as if a decade of horrible 90′s music never happened.
